■Product Description
You can upgrade from SP Takegawa S-Stage Bore Up Kit 181cc to Super Head 4V+R Bore Up Kit 181cc.
This allows you to get the Super Head 4V+R at a lower price than purchasing a regular full kit.
This kit is designed for normal throttle body specifications.
■Detailed Description
●Super Head 4V+R (1-Cam 4-Valve)
By having two intake and two exhaust valves, the valve curtain area is expanded, achieving high intake and exhaust efficiency.
The original head shape was designed to balance the center plug, valve挾み角, combustion chamber shape, and port shape that accompany the 4-valve conversion, achieving high output that cannot be obtained with a normal head.
The combustion chamber is finished with high precision using NC machining.
●SOHC Top Class Intake and Exhaust Efficiency
Valve diameter: IN: 25mm x 2 / EX: 21.5mm x 2 Valve stem shaft diameter: 4.5mm for both IN and EX.
The use of uneven pitch valve springs suppresses surging at high RPMs.
The cylinder head surface is coated in black.
Since an inspection breather cover is included, you can release the internal pressure of the engine by purchasing a separate oil catch tank kit. The inspection breather cover and inspection cover are precisely machined from aluminum and beautifully chrome-plated.
The L. cylinder head side cover is made of die-cast aluminum with a barrel polished finish.
●Aluminum Forged Roller Rocker Arm
Reduces friction resistance with the camshaft and achieves smooth operation.
●Auto Decompression Camshaft
Allows for smooth engine starting without putting a burden on the starter motor.
●Aluminum Cast Piston
High-compression specification with a compression ratio of 12.5:1.
Piston designed for high performance and durability.
The piston top is finished with high precision using NC machining.

*Those using FI-Con 2 for SP Takegawa S-Stage will need to rewrite the program to a Super Head 4V+R compatible program at SP Takegawa and replace it with a large-capacity injector.
*Due to the increased output, clutch slippage may occur, so we recommend simultaneously installing SP Takegawa reinforced clutch springs (30% UP) 02-01-0144.
