・The "Crankshaft Support Adapter" changes the crankshaft journal support from two points to three, suppressing crankshaft runout that occurs at high RPMs and increasing the durability of the stock crankshaft.
・Because the Z125PRO's generator is mounted on the L. crankcase cover, the flywheel is mounted further out (towards the shaft end). This causes the rotational weight of the heavy flywheel to apply outward pressure from the tip of the crankshaft, doubling the load during acceleration and deceleration in engines with improved pickup. This can lead to interference between the generator and flywheel, negatively affecting ignition timing, or, in the worst case, crankshaft damage. This product adds a ball bearing inside the stator, changing the crankshaft journal support from two points to three, and restricting crankshaft runout that occurs at high RPMs in bore-up engines. By restricting runout, it is suppressed, and the durability of the stock crankshaft can be increased.
・It is not necessary to replace the crankshaft; the assembly structure allows the crankshaft journal to be supported at three points by attaching it to genuine parts. *Precautions:
