■Product Description
50mm stroke-up crankshaft with X-section connecting rods that achieve high strength despite their light weight.

■Detailed Description
●X-section connecting rod
Forged material is machined to form an X-section. This reduces weight while ensuring sufficient strength, significantly improving the diffusion of buckling stress and torsional rigidity.
The surface is shot-peened.
●Strengthening of the journal section
A special bearing with an enlarged inner diameter for the crankshaft's journal bearing is used.
This allows the shaft diameter of the journal section, where stress concentrates on the crankshaft, to be increased from 20mm to 22mm, thereby strengthening the shaft.
