■Product Description
This high-precision solid bush chain features a seamless, smooth surface and excellent roundness, offering superior rigidity and wear resistance.
Solid bushes prevent the barrel-shaped deformation that occurs when the bushes are press-fitted into the link plates, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and the bush.
Compared to standard products, this chain achieves a dramatic performance improvement with a wear life 1.8 to 4 times longer.
The Diehard Alpha treatment forms an extremely hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film contains further high-hardness carbides dispersed within it.
It can withstand hard foreign particles even if they are mixed in from the outside.
The plate thickness has been increased by approximately 1.4 times, and the maximum allowable load has been set at 1.5 times. (For Monkey)
Uses a 1.0mm plate compared to the standard plate thickness of 0.72mm.
