■Product Description
This is a high-precision solid bush chain with a seamless, smooth surface and excellent roundness, offering superior rigidity and wear resistance.
The solid bush prevents the barrel-shaped deformation that occurs when the bush is pressed into the link plate, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and the bush.
Compared to standard products, it achieves a dramatic performance improvement with a wear life 1.8 to 4 times longer.
The Diehard Alpha treatment forms a very hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film contains further high-hardness carbides dispersed internally.
It remains resilient even if hard foreign particles are introduced from the outside.
Plate thickness is increased by approximately 1.4 times, and the maximum allowable load is set to 1.5 times. (For Monkey)
Uses a 1.0mm plate compared to the standard plate thickness of 0.72mm.
