■Product Description
This is the top-of-the-line D.I.D. Diehard Alpha Cam Chain (plated) for 25-size cam chains.
It is a high-precision solid bush chain with a seamless, smooth surface and excellent roundness, offering superior rigidity and wear resistance.
Solid bushes prevent barrel-shaped deformation of the bush that occurs when pressed into the link plate, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and the bush.
Compared to standard products, it achieves a dramatic improvement in performance with a wear life 1.8 to 4 times longer.
The Diehard Alpha treatment forms an extremely hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film has even higher hardness carbides dispersed within it.
It will not yield even if hard foreign particles are mixed in from the outside.
The plate thickness is approximately 1.4 times greater, and the maximum allowable load is set at 1.5 times. (For Monkey)
Uses a 1.0mm plate compared to the standard plate thickness of 0.72mm.
