■Product Description
This high-precision solid bushing chain features a seamless, smooth surface and excellent roundness, offering superior rigidity and wear resistance. The solid bushing prevents the barrel-shaped deformation of the bushing that occurs when it is pressed into the link plate, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and the bushing. Compared to standard products, it achieves a dramatic performance improvement with a wear life 1.8 to 4 times longer.
The Die-Hard α treatment forms an extremely hard film on the surface of the pin, with even harder carbides dispersed within the film. Even if hard foreign particles are introduced from the outside, it will not be compromised.
Plate thickness is approximately 1.4 times greater, and maximum allowable load is set at 1.5 times (for Monkey)
Uses a 1.0mm plate compared to the standard plate thickness of 0.72mm.
Average tensile strength: 414kN → 5.88kN Maximum allowable tension: 0.735kN → 1.07kN
