A super oil pump kit designed to achieve optimal oil discharge, incorporating a relief valve function into the pump body.
This product includes tools (drill driver/2MM) for processing the crankcase orifice.

■Detailed Description
SP Takegawa has adopted an approximately three-fold increase in oil pressure and oil volume compared to stock, in order to optimize the amount of oil pressure-fed to each part of the engine, the oil pressure, and the oil level in each part.
Proper oil circulation reduces the load on drive components, improves cooling performance, and ensures oil film for lubrication.
Furthermore, by incorporating a relief valve function into the oil pump body, oil pressure control becomes possible, which reduces the load on the engine due to increased oil pressure and achieves stable oil circulation.
●Essential item for high-spec engine vehicles
In high-spec engine vehicles with SP Takegawa cylinder heads, etc., the oil level may be unstable and air biting may occur due to frequent use of high RPM ranges.
By installing this product, the oil level stabilizes even at high RPMs, reducing power loss and allowing the engine to fully demonstrate its performance.
●Adoption of relief valve function for oil pressure control
SP Takegawa's super oil pump increases discharge volume by approximately 1.8 times compared to stock, and to ensure oil pressure during unstable idling and to cope with changes in oil pressure as RPMs increase, a relief valve function is installed in the oil line that opens only when a certain oil pressure is reached.
This suppresses excessive oil pressure increases at rising RPMs during cold starts, reducing damage to drive components and seal areas.
Furthermore, at high engine RPMs, it prevents excessive oil discharge, reduces power loss, and stabilizes the oil level.
●Easy installation by simply replacing the genuine oil pump
This product can be easily installed by simply replacing the genuine oil pump, without the need for diversion, disassembly, or assembly work from the genuine oil pump.
In addition, the kit includes gaskets and fixing screws, so there is no need to reuse genuine parts or check for wear and damage, and the replacement can be done with new parts.
