■Detailed Description
●Die-cast Clutch Cover
The clutch cover and oil filter cover are made of die-cast aluminum.
Surface treatment: Buffed clear coating finish
Oil can be taken out for the oil cooler.
An oil cooler kit for the die-cast clutch cover is available.
A highly reliable cartridge paper type is used for the oil element.
Glass is used for the engine oil check window in consideration of durability.
A separate clutch cable receiver is adopted.
Patented structure: Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure
●Thermostat can be installed
A thermostat unit using a shape memory alloy spring can be installed as an optional part.
Installing it prevents overcooling.
The thermostat unit is sold separately.
●Special Clutch
A damper is incorporated into the primary driven gear to reduce shock during clutch engagement.
Since the clutch body is mounted on the transmission main shaft, friction loss of the crankshaft is reduced, improving crankshaft durability and throttle response.
With 5 friction discs, it is compatible with high-power engines for both street and race use.
