■Product Description
This kit allows you to convert from a normal centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch.
It comes with a die-cast special clutch cover and a special clutch for centrifugal clutches (slipper clutch specification).
Simultaneous installation of a 3-speed close ratio gear or 4-speed close ratio mission kit and a clutch lever ASSY. is required.
For CRF50F and XR50R, the top bridge and normal handlebars must be replaced with φ22.2 handlebars.

■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-cast Clutch Cover (Buffed and Clear Coated)
Patented structure: Thermostat mounting part and oil line structure
The clutch cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The surface finish is buffed and clear coated.
Oil can be taken out to the oil cooler.
An optional thermostat unit using a shape memory alloy spring can be installed. This prevents overcooling.
The thermostat unit is sold separately.
A highly reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
An integrated clutch cable receiver is adopted.
●Slipper Clutch
The slipper clutch slips the clutch when sudden engine braking (back torque) occurs, controlling the effectiveness of the engine braking.
This reduces sudden changes in posture due to engine braking, hopping of the rear tire, and stress on the engine.
Of course, during normal driving, it operates the same as a conventional special clutch, so the clutch will not slip even with a high-power engine.
●Slipper Clutch Structure
A dedicated pressure plate and clutch cam are provided in the clutch section that connects the power between the crankshaft and the transmission.
This allows back torque transmitted from the rear wheel to be transmitted to the clutch cam, activating the cam of the pressure plate and the clutch cam, pushing down the pressure plate to create a semi-clutch state, and releasing the back torque.
●Slipper Clutch Specifications
Similar to the standard clutch, a secondary clutch attached to the main shaft of the transmission is used to reduce the load on the crankshaft.
It also allows for a lighter crankshaft axis, resulting in brisk throttle response.
A damper is incorporated into the primary driven gear to reduce shock when the clutch engages.
It has 5 friction discs and is compatible with high-power engines for both street and race use.
A machined aluminum lifter plate is used.
