■Product Description
It allows you to convert from a standard centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch system.
A special clutch for centrifugal clutches (standard clutch specification) is included with the die-cast special clutch cover.
Simultaneous installation of a 3-speed close ratio gear or 4-speed cross mission kit and a clutch lever ASSY. is required.
For CRF50F and XR50R, the top bridge and stock handlebars must be replaced with φ22.2 handlebar pipes.

■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-cast Clutch Cover (Buffed and Clear Coated)
Patented structure: Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure
The clutch cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The surface finish is buffed and clear coated.
Oil can be extracted for an oil cooler.
An optional thermostat unit using shape memory alloy springs can be installed. This prevents overcooling.
The thermostat unit is sold separately.
A highly reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
A clutch cable receiver integrated with the cover is adopted.
●Standard Clutch
In the case of a standard clutch, the clutch body is installed on the standard crankshaft axis, but the SP Takegawa special clutch adopts a secondary clutch installed on the main shaft on the mission side.
This reduces the load on the crankshaft. It also allows for a lighter crankshaft axis, resulting in crisp throttle response.
A damper is built into the primary driven gear to reduce shock during clutch engagement.
With 5 friction discs, it is compatible with high-power engines for both street and race use.
A highly durable and strong aluminum die-cast lifter plate is used.
