■Product Description
This kit includes a die-cast special clutch cover and a special clutch (standard clutch specification) for 4, 5, and 6-speed cross transmissions.
To install this product, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's 4, 5, or 6-speed cross mission kit and clutch lever ASSY. is required.

■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-Cast Clutch Cover (Buffed and Clear Coated)
Patented structure: thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
The clutch cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The surface finish is buffed and clear coated.
Oil can be extracted to an oil cooler.
An optional thermostat unit using shape memory alloy springs can be installed to prevent overcooling.
The thermostat unit is sold separately.
A highly reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil inspection window.
A clutch cable receiver integrated with the cover is used.
●Standard Clutch (for SP Takegawa 4/5/6-speed cross mission)
With a normal clutch, the clutch body is mounted on the normal crankshaft, but the SP Takegawa special clutch adopts a secondary clutch mounted on the main shaft on the mission side.
This reduces the load on the crankshaft. It also allows for weight reduction of the crankshaft, resulting in lighter throttle response.
Dampers are incorporated into the primary driven gear to reduce shock when the clutch engages.
With 5 friction discs, it supports high-power engines for both street and race use.
A highly durable and strong aluminum die-cast lifter plate is used.

*When installing on vehicles Z50J-1300017 to 1600007, the included clutch cable cannot be attached to the normal clutch holder (the type welded to the handlebar pipe), so replace the handlebar pipe and use an SP Takegawa clutch lever or a combination switch with a clutch lever.
