■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (WET)
Uses an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is silver painted.
The R. crankcase cover shape is common for both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
●Clutch Type is Wire Type
Adopts the rack & pinion method, which is well-known for its light and smooth operation.
The surface of the aluminum forged clutch cover is shot blasted.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metallic wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Allows for significant weight reduction.
Centrifugal oil filter approx. 1069g to oil through nut approx. 123g.
By replacing with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This allows the weight on the crankshaft to be changed from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Because it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a special adapter, the special clutch can be installed while using the stock main shaft (stock transmission). This eliminates the need for disassembling the crankcase and allows for clutch assembly work to be performed with the engine still mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, further improves response, and reduces rotating mass weight, transmitting engine power efficiently.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines. Furthermore, the clutch unit is common for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, it is necessary to replace the friction discs.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, you can use it as is.
This is limited to cases where there is no need to replace consumables. Also, clutch covers, etc. will be required separately.
The clutch structure of this product is a slipper clutch.
A slipper clutch reduces the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifts at high RPMs.
This helps to reduce sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and stress on the engine.

Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc. when the clutch is engaged.
