■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (WET)
Uses an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is silver painted.
The same R. crankcase cover shape is used for both WET (wet type) and DRY (dry type), allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch part has a separate chamber structure, allowing for separation of engine oil and clutch oil in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
●Cable Type Clutch
Adopts a rack and pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The surface of the aluminum forged clutch cover is shot blasted.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element is a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which places a burden on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, allowing for significant weight reduction.
In addition, reducing the burden on the crankshaft improves engine response.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a special adapter, it is possible to install the special clutch while using the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankcase disassembly, and clutch assembly can be performed with the engine mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, power loss due to oil diffusion is reduced, further improving response and reducing rotational mass, thereby transmitting engine power without waste.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines. In addition, by making the clutch unit common to both wet and dry types, specification changes between the two are possible.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction discs need to be replaced.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, you can use it as is.
This is limited to cases where there is no need to replace consumables. Also, clutch covers, etc., will be required separately.
The clutch structure of this product does not include a slipper clutch.
●Damper-equipped Primary Driven Gear
A rubber damper is built-in to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch is engaged.
●Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance and achieves a stable clutch feel.
