■Product Description
A special clutch kit that allows the installation of a high-end clutch unit using SP Takegawa's TAF 5-speed close-ratio transmission kit (02-04-0295) for special clutches.

■Detailed Description
●Forged Aluminum Clutch Cover (Wire Type)
The wire-type clutch adopts the rack and pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum and has a shot-blasted surface.
●Die-cast Aluminum R. Crankcase Cover
The R. crankcase cover uses a common shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated (brand, specifications, etc.).
The R. crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
●Oil-through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible by installing this.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil-through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil-through nut, the normal centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
The installation of the oil-through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Because the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Level Check Window
Allows easy checking of the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Large Filler Cap
Made of die-cast aluminum with chrome plating.
Enlarging the oil filler opening makes oil changes easier.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be directly taken from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers oil cooler kits for special clutch covers.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
When an oil cooler kit (specifying oil take-off from the special clutch cover) is installed, an optional thermostat unit can be installed to prevent overcooling.
●New Mechanism
Adopts a new mechanism that allows the oil line flowing to the cylinder head side to be changed to pass through the oil element.
By installing the optional oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage due to oil sludge, etc.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil cooler outlet boss on SP Takegawa's big bore cylinder (with oil outlet boss).
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (6-disc specification)
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, power loss due to oil diffusion is reduced, responsiveness is further improved, and rotational mass weight is reduced, efficiently transmitting engine power.
With 6 discs, clutch capacity is increased, supporting high-power engines.
Furthermore, the clutch unit is common to both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between them.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, it is necessary to replace the friction discs, but when changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, you can use it as is.
*Limited to cases where consumables do not need to be replaced. Also, the clutch cover, etc., will be required separately.
●The clutch structure is without a slipper clutch.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
A rubber damper is built-in to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch engages.
●Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, achieving a stable clutch feel.
