■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (WET)
Adopts an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is silver painted.
It adopts a common R. crankcase cover shape for WET and DRY clutches, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing for separation of engine oil and clutch oil in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
●Hydraulic Clutch Type
Less likely to change lever play, offering superior clutch operation.
Adopts a machined aluminum clutch cover with a silver anodized surface.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper element.
●Oil Through Nut
Enables significant weight reduction.
From centrifugal oil filter approx. 1069g to oil through nut approx. 123g.
By replacing the centrifugal oil filter that puts a burden on the crankshaft with the included oil through nut, the centrifugal oil filter can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, reducing the burden on the crankshaft improves engine response.
Installing the oil through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a special adapter, it is possible to install the special clutch while keeping the normal main shaft (normal transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankshaft disassembly and allows clutch assembly to be performed with the engine mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, further improves response, and reduces rotating mass weight, thereby efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines. Also, the clutch unit is common for both wet and dry, allowing for specification changes between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction discs need to be replaced.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
This is limited to cases where consumable parts do not need to be replaced. Also, a separate clutch cover, etc., will be required.
The clutch structure of this product is a slipper clutch.
The slipper clutch reduces the shock of sudden engine braking caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This can reduce sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and engine load.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
Contains a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc. during clutch engagement.
