■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (WET)
Uses a die-cast aluminum R. crankcase cover.
The surface is silver painted.
The R. crankcase cover shape is common to both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch unit has a separate chamber structure, allowing for the separation of engine oil and clutch oil in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The hydraulic clutch type makes it difficult for the lever play to change, offering excellent clutch operation.
Uses a machined aluminum clutch cover with a silver anodized surface.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Enables significant weight reduction.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, reducing the load on the crankshaft improves engine response.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a special adapter, the special clutch can be installed with the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankshaft disassembly and allows clutch assembly with the engine still mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, loss horsepower due to oil scattering is reduced, further improving response and reducing rotational mass weight, thereby transmitting engine power efficiently.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity and is compatible with high-power engines. Furthermore, by making the clutch unit common to both wet and dry types, it is possible to change specifications between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction discs need to be replaced.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, you can use it as is.
This applies only if no consumables need to be replaced. Also, separate clutch covers, etc., will be required.
The clutch structure of this product does not include a slipper clutch.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch engages.
