■Product Description
A special clutch kit that allows the installation of a high-end clutch unit using the TAF 5-speed cross-mission kit (02-04-0295) exclusively for special clutches.
To install this product, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's TAF 5-speed cross-mission kit (02-04-0295), which is exclusively for special clutches, is essential.
It cannot be installed with a normal mission or cross-missions other than those specified by SP Takegawa.

■Detailed Description
●Clutch type is hydraulic
It is excellent for clutch operation, with less change in lever play.
It uses a machined aluminum clutch cover with a silver anodized surface.
●Die-cast aluminum R. Crankcase Cover
It adopts a common R. crankcase cover shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate structure, allowing engine oil and clutch oil to be separated. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The R. crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is painted silver.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible by installing it.
Centrifugal oil filter approx. 1069g to oil through nut approx. 123g.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the normal centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Because it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Built-in Oil Element
It filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge type paper element.
●Oil Level Check Window
Oil level can be easily checked.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Large Filler Cap
Made of die-cast aluminum with chrome plating.
Oil changes are easier by enlarging the oil filler opening.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be taken out directly from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers oil cooler kits for special clutch covers.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
When an oil cooler kit (specifications that take oil from the special clutch cover) is installed, overcooling can be prevented by installing a separately sold thermostat unit.
●New Mechanism
A new mechanism is adopted that allows the oil line flowing to the cylinder head side to be changed via the oil element.
By installing the separately sold oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge and the like.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss for the oil cooler on SP Takegawa bore-up cylinders (with oil outlet boss).
It cannot be installed on SP Takegawa e-stage bore-up cylinders without an oil outlet boss.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (6-disc specification)
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, further improves response, and reduces rotational mass weight, efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc design increases clutch capacity, supporting high-power engines.
Furthermore, the clutch unit is common to both wet and dry types, allowing for changes in both specifications.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, replacement of the friction disc is required, but when changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
*This is limited to cases where there is no replacement of consumable parts. Also, a clutch cover, etc., is required separately.
●Clutch structure is slipper clutch specification
The slipper clutch alleviates the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and stress on the engine.
●Damper-equipped primary driven gear
A rubber damper is built-in to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch engages.
●Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, achieving a stable clutch feel.
