■Product Description
This manual clutch cover converts the normal foot-operated automatic centrifugal clutch to a manual cable-operated clutch.
This product does not include the primary drive gear.
This product is intended for those who currently have a hydro clutch conversion kit (with primary drive gear) installed.

【Die-cast Clutch Cover】
This allows you to change the normal automatic centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch.
The cover body is made of die-cast aluminum, buffed, and then clear-coated for a beautiful finish.
The cover's completely different shape and surface treatment compared to the standard clutch cover give the engine an impressive look, enhancing the vehicle's appearance.
The clutch cover features the SP Takegawa logo.

・Cable-operated
The manual cable-operated clutch mechanism adopts a rack-and-pinion system, ensuring stable clutch operation.
The cable-operated kit includes a quick-release type clutch lever that can be repositioned with the rearview mirror holder.

・Patented Clutch Cover Structure (Thermostat Mounting Section and Oil Line Structure)
This manual clutch cover features a patented structure unique to SP Takegawa, allowing for the installation of a thermostat. By installing an SP Takegawa thermostat (sold separately), the original oil line structure prevents overcooling.

・Thermostat Operation Method
When the oil temperature rises (above 70 degrees Celsius), the shape memory alloy spring in the thermostat expands, blocking the bypass passage in the clutch cover and redirecting oil flow through the oil cooler.
Below 70 degrees, the spring contracts, allowing only a small amount of oil to flow to the oil cooler, with the rest flowing through the bypass passage.

・Patented Clutch Cover Structure (Patent Pending)
This manual clutch cover also incorporates a patent-pending clutch cover structure that can be used for both manual cable-operated and hydraulic systems. Therefore, after purchasing a manual cable-operated clutch cover, you can convert to a hydraulic system by purchasing a hydraulic clutch conversion kit without having to replace the cover.

・Standard Oil Outlet
The clutch cover body comes standard with an oil outlet, allowing oil to be routed to an oil cooler.
By purchasing an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit, you can house it within the shroud without compromising the vehicle's aesthetic.
Even if the oil outlet is not used, a blind plug is installed, so it can be used as a manual clutch cover as is.

・Equipped with Engine Oil Check Window
Equipped with a check window to monitor engine oil levels, similar to a standard engine. The window uses durable glass.

・Original Filler Cap
Adopts an original filler cap with the same screw diameter and mounting pitch (1.5mm) as the standard one.
Made of die-cast aluminum with chrome plating.

・Compatible Clutches
Normal clutch vehicles / SP Takegawa 6-disc reinforced clutch.
Cannot be installed simultaneously with the normal primary-side clutch.

■Notes
※When installing on KSR110 (KL110CBF/KL110DDF), the included clutch lever may interfere with the standard combination switch, but this does not hinder clutch operation.
※When installing on KSR PRO (KL110EEF), simultaneous installation of a quick shifter is required. The KSR PRO can use its standard clutch lever as is.
※Cannot be installed simultaneously with the standard primary-side clutch.
※The manual clutch cover cannot be installed without a primary drive gear.
※Do not use brake arms from other manufacturers, as they may interfere with the clutch cover.
