■Product Description
This is a manual clutch cover that changes the normal foot-operated automatic centrifugal clutch to a manual wire-type clutch.
Primary drive gear included.

■Detailed Description
●Die-cast Clutch Cover
It allows you to change the normal automatic centrifugal clutch to a manual clutch.
The cover body is made of die-cast aluminum, buffed, and then clear-coated for a beautiful finish.
The completely different cover shape and surface treatment from the normal clutch cover give an impact to the engine and enhance the vehicle's appearance.
The clutch cover features the SP Takegawa logo.
●Wire-type
The manual wire-type clutch operation mechanism employs a rack & pinion system, enabling stable clutch work.
The wire-type kit includes a quick-release clutch lever that can be attached to the rearview mirror holder.
●Patented Clutch Cover Structure (Thermostat Mounting Part and Oil Line Structure)
This manual clutch cover adopts a patented structure unique to SP Takegawa, which allows for the installation of a thermostat.
With its original oil line structure, installing an SP Takegawa thermostat (sold separately) prevents overcooling.
●How the Thermostat Operates
When the oil temperature rises (above 70 degrees Celsius), the shape memory alloy spring in the thermostat expands, blocking the bypass passage in the clutch cover and diverting the oil flow via the oil cooler.
Below 70 degrees Celsius, the spring contracts, and only a small amount of oil flows through the oil cooler, instead flowing through the bypass passage.
●Patent-Pending Clutch Cover Structure
This manual clutch cover further incorporates a patent-pending clutch cover structure that can be used for both manual wire-type and hydraulic-type systems.
Therefore, after purchasing a manual wire-type clutch cover, you can change to a hydraulic type without replacing the cover by purchasing a hydraulic clutch conversion kit.
●Standard Oil Take-Out Port
Since the clutch cover body comes standard with an oil take-out port, oil can be drawn out to the oil cooler.
By purchasing an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit, it can be housed within the shroud without compromising the vehicle's appearance.
Even if the oil take-out port is not used, a blind plug is installed, so it can be used as a manual clutch cover as is.
●Engine Oil Check Window Equipped
Equipped with a check window to confirm the engine oil level, just like the normal engine.
Highly durable glass is used for the window.
●Original Filler Cap
Adopts an original filler cap with the same screw diameter and mounting pitch (1.5mm) as the normal one.
It is made of die-cast aluminum and plated.
●Primary Drive Gear Included
Improves throttle response and allows 100% of crankshaft rotation to be transmitted to the secondary clutch.
●Compatible Clutches
Normal clutch vehicles / SP Takegawa 6-disk reinforced clutch
Cannot be installed simultaneously with the normal primary clutch.

*Cannot be installed on KLX110 (LX110A-000001~).
*When installing on KLX110L, a separate purchase of the SP Takegawa Quick Shift Kit (02-04-2600) is required.
