■Product Description
This economical set includes a special clutch cover, a special clutch kit (slipper type), and a quick shift kit.

■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover
The normal automatic centrifugal clutch can be changed to a manual clutch. (Excluding KSR PRO)
The cover body is made of die-cast aluminum, buffed, and clear-coated for a beautiful finish.
The completely different cover shape and surface treatment from the normal clutch cover give the engine an impact and enhance the vehicle's appearance.
The clutch cover features the SP Takegawa logo.
●Wire Type
The manual wire-type clutch operating mechanism uses a rack and pinion system for stable clutch operation.
The wire-type kit includes a quick-release clutch lever with a replaceable rearview mirror holder.
●Patented Clutch Cover Structure (Thermostat Mounting Part and Oil Line Structure)
This manual clutch cover incorporates a patented structure unique to SP Takegawa, which allows for thermostat installation. With the original oil line structure, installing an SP Takegawa thermostat (sold separately) prevents overcooling.
●Thermostat Operation Method
When the oil temperature rises (above 70 degrees Celsius), the shape memory alloy spring in the thermostat expands, blocking the bypass passage in the clutch cover,
and redirects the oil flow through the oil cooler.
Below 70 degrees Celsius, the spring contracts, and only a small amount of oil flows through the oil cooler, flowing instead through the bypass passage.
●Equipped with Engine Oil Level Sight Glass
Equipped with a sight glass to check the engine oil level, just like a normal engine.
The sight glass uses durable glass.
●Original Filler Cap
Uses an original filler cap with the same screw diameter and mounting pitch (1.5mm) as the stock one.
It is made of die-cast aluminum with chrome plating.
●Standard Oil Outlet
The clutch cover body comes standard with an oil outlet, allowing oil to be taken out for an oil cooler.
By purchasing an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit, you can house it within the shroud without compromising the vehicle's appearance.
Even if the oil outlet is not used, a blind plug is installed, so it can be used as a manual clutch cover as is.
●Special Clutch Kit (Slipper Clutch)
By changing from a normal clutch (5-disc) to a 6-disc clutch, the clutch capacity is increased. This allows for a lower spring set load (in combination with normal springs), making clutch operation lighter.
This 6-disc reinforced clutch kit includes a primary drive gear with approximately 14% higher primary reduction ratio.
It is compatible with engines from stock to custom.
Spring adjustment is possible by combining the number of clutch springs.
●Slipper Clutch
The slipper clutch mitigates the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and stress on the engine.
●Primary Drive Gear (14% higher primary reduction ratio type)
Installation improves throttle response, and the absence of a centrifugal clutch allows 100% of the crankshaft rotation to be transmitted to the secondary clutch.
●Kevlar-Reinforced Friction Discs
The friction discs use Kevlar-reinforced friction discs for improved durability.
●Reinforced Clutch Springs
Includes 6 reinforced springs with a higher spring rate than stock.

*When installing on KSR110 (KL110CBF/KL110DDF) and KSR PRO (KL110EEF), the included clutch lever may interfere with the stock combination switch, but this does not hinder clutch operation.
*KSR PRO can use the stock clutch lever as is.

*Do not use brake arms from other manufacturers as they may interfere with the clutch cover.
*Due to its structure, the slipper clutch will slip when the engine starts, so concurrent use of various decomp cams is recommended. When using the normal head of KSR110 (KL110A) and KLX110 (LX110A), there is no decomp cam, which may make kick starting difficult.
*The special clutch kit (slipper clutch) is only available as a wire-type kit.
*Due to its structure, the special clutch cover (hydraulic type) cannot be used with a slipper clutch simultaneously, so there is no kit setting. Please be aware in advance.
