■Product Description
This is a clutch kit that includes a die-cast clutch cover and a 5-disc reinforced clutch.

【Die-Cast Clutch Cover】
Patented structure: Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure
The clutch cover is made of die-cast aluminum with a silver finish.
Oil can be taken out directly from the cover body to an oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers an oil cooler kit for die-cast clutch covers.
The oil inspection window uses a highly durable glass type, which is well-established for Monkeys.
The cover body is equipped with an oil filter (element: paper type).
It can be installed simultaneously with a stock clutch or an SP Takegawa 5-disc reinforced clutch.
Equipped with a large oil filler cap.
A dedicated clutch cable (900mm) is included.
Original rubber separator included (for 100cc only)
When installing the die-cast cover on an Ape100/XR100 Motard/XR100R/CRF100 and taking oil out from the clutch cover, there is no wall to divide the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and cylinder head side. As a result, the oil flows in two directions, and when an oil cooler is installed, the amount of oil flowing to the oil cooler decreases.
Therefore, by installing a rubber separator to divide the oil flow into the crankcase, the oil flow becomes unidirectional, allowing the full amount of oil from the oil pump to flow to the oil cooler and oil filter. After passing through the clutch cover's oil filter, it then flows to the crankshaft, crankcase, and cylinder.
If you currently have an oil hose installed on an SP Takegawa bore-up cylinder, you will need to purchase a fitting adapter and hose, and modify the outlet etc.

【5-Disc Reinforced Clutch】
Compared to the Ape50 stock clutch (3 friction discs) and Ape100 stock clutch (4 friction discs), the clutch capacity has been increased by adding friction discs (Ape50: 33% / Ape100: 25%) to prevent slippage.
This product is compatible with high-output engines due to bore-up etc. (It can also be installed simultaneously with a stock engine and stock clutch cover.)
The number of clutch dampers has been changed from 4 (stock) to 6, increasing damper capacity.
The oil pump reduction ratio has been changed from 2.187 to 1.833, increasing the oil discharge volume per engine revolution.
The primary reduction ratio has been changed from 4.437 to 3.833, resulting in approximately 16% higher gearing and expanding the range of driven sprocket choices.
The clutch spring used is a reinforced type, 10% stronger than that of the Ape100.
Cast iron is poured into the friction disc contact surfaces of the clutch center and pressure plate to improve durability.
The lifter plate, guide pins, and bearing flange bolts reuse genuine parts.
As the primary reduction ratio changes, sprockets need to be re-set.
