■Product Description
Achieves increased clutch capacity with 6-disc design while reducing rotational mass.
●For stock main shaft (for stock transmission)
The version for the stock main shaft eliminates the need to remove the engine from the vehicle, allowing the special clutch to be installed while retaining the stock transmission.
The mounting structure of this kit is patented.
●This kit features a slipper clutch specification.

■Detailed Description
●Die-cast aluminum R. Crankcase Cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed to be compatible with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a special (wet) clutch, you can change to a dry clutch specification.
※A separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts is required for specification changes.
●Forged aluminum clutch cover (wire type)
The wire-type clutch uses a rack & pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum and has a shot-blasted finish on the surface.
Even after installing the special clutch, the clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large oil filler cap
The enlarged oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles from the oil.
Removing impurities from the oil helps maintain engine output.
The oil element is a reliable, cartridge-type paper filter.
●With oil level sight glass
Allows easy checking of the oil level.
The engine oil sight glass uses durable glass.

●Change in clutch unit
By changing from the stock crankshaft (primary side) to the main shaft of the transmission (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be made lighter, resulting in a lighter throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, the rotational parts such as the clutch outer are reduced in diameter, reducing horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, further improving response, and achieving approximately 12% reduction in rotational mass, transmitting engine power efficiently.
Six friction discs are used to achieve a 6-disc design.
This increases clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it suitable for high-output engines.
●Slipper clutch (standard equipment)
Reduces the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This helps reduce sudden changes in vehicle attitude, rear tire hopping, and engine stress.
●Slipper clutch structure
A dedicated pressure plate and clutch cam are installed in the clutch section.
Back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transferred to the clutch cam, activating the cam on the pressure plate and the clutch cam. This pushes down the pressure plate, creating a half-clutch state and releasing the back torque.
●Clutch outer
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock during clutch engagement, such as gear shock.
●Die-cast aluminum lifter plate
●Clutch spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, providing a stable clutch feel.

※When installing on Monkey/Gorilla (Z50J-1300017 to 1600007) vehicles. The included clutch cable is not compatible with the stock clutch holder, so please replace the handlebar pipe and use an SP Takegawa clutch lever or a combination switch with a clutch lever.
※Simultaneous installation of a stock muffler and an up-muffler is not possible.
※When installing on a Benly CL50. The clutch cable (850mm) included in this kit is not long enough. (with stock handlebars) A separate clutch cable (910mm) needs to be purchased. Also, the front stay nut of the stock up-muffler will interfere, so the engine mount bolt needs to be inserted in the opposite direction.
※To install a stock up-muffler, the stay at the engine mount part in the middle of the muffler needs to be cut off.
