■Product Description
Achieves increased clutch capacity with 6 discs while reducing rotational mass.
●For normal main shaft (for normal transmission)
The normal main shaft version does not require removing the engine from the vehicle, allowing the special clutch to be installed with the normal transmission in place.
The mounting structure of this kit is patented.
●This kit is a standard specification (without slipper clutch).
■Detailed Description
●Die-cast aluminum R. crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed for use with both wet and dry clutches.
After purchasing the special clutch (wet), you can change it to a dry clutch specification.
*Specification changes require separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum machined clutch cover (hydraulic)
The clutch cover is precisely machined from aluminum and features a silver anodized finish on the surface.
Also, the HYDRAULIC logo is engraved in the center of the clutch cover.
A release piston with a diameter of φ33 is used.
●Large oil filler cap
The enlarged oil filler opening makes oil changes easy.
Made of chrome-plated die-cast aluminum.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
A reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
●With oil level sight glass
Easily check the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil sight glass.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (WET/Standard Specification)
●Clutch unit change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the burden on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in sharper throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, by reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, loss of horsepower due to oil diffusion is reduced, responsiveness is further improved, and rotational mass is reduced by approximately 12%, efficiently transmitting engine power.
Six friction discs are used to achieve a 6-disc configuration.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it suitable for high-output engines.

Equipped with an internal rubber damper to reduce shock to gears etc. during clutch engagement.

*When installing on vehicles Z50J-1300017 to 1600007, the included clutch master cylinder cannot be used simultaneously with the normal handlebar pipe, so the handlebar pipe needs to be replaced.
