■Product Description
Achieves increased clutch capacity by using 6 discs while reducing the rotating mass weight.
For vehicles equipped with SP Takegawa's wet-compatible cross mission.
SP Takegawa cross mission kits vary depending on the vehicle. Please be aware.
This kit is a slipper clutch specification.

■Detailed Description
●Die-cast aluminum R. crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover shape can be used for both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a special (wet) clutch, you can change it to a dry clutch.
*Separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts is required for specification changes.
●Forged aluminum clutch cover (wire type)
The wire-type clutch uses a rack & pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum and has a shot-blasted surface.
Even after installing the special clutch, the clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large oil filler cap
The larger oil filler opening makes oil changes easier.
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
A reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
●With oil level check window
Easily check the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.

●Clutch unit change
By changing the clutch unit from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the weight of the crankshaft axis can be reduced, resulting in light throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, by reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, we have achieved a reduction in horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, improved response, and a reduction of approximately 12% in rotating mass weight, transmitting engine power efficiently.
Six friction discs are used to achieve a 6-disc configuration.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it suitable for high-output engines.
●Slipper clutch (standard equipment)
Mitigates sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and engine load.
●Slipper clutch structure
A dedicated pressure plate and clutch cam are provided in the clutch section.
Back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transmitted to the clutch cam, causing the cam on the pressure plate and the clutch cam to operate, pushing down the pressure plate to create a semi-clutched state and release the back torque.
●Clutch outer
Equipped with an internal rubber damper to reduce shock during clutch engagement and gear changes.
●Die-cast aluminum lifter plate
●Clutch spring
Excellent fatigue resistance and stable clutch feel are achieved.

*Simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's wet-compatible cross mission is required.
*When installing on Monkey/Gorilla (Z50J-1300017~1600007) vehicles: The included clutch cable does not support the normal clutch holder, so replace the handlebar pipe and use an SP Takegawa clutch lever or a combination switch with a clutch lever.
*Normal mufflers and up mufflers cannot be installed simultaneously.
*When installing on Benly CL50: The clutch cable (850mm) included in this kit is not long enough. (When using normal handlebars) A separate clutch cable (910mm) needs to be purchased. Also, because the front stay nut of the normal up muffler interferes, the engine mount bolt needs to be inserted in the opposite direction.
*To install a normal up muffler, it is necessary to cut off the stay at the engine mount part in the middle of the muffler.
*Since this product is made to order, cancellations after ordering are not possible.
