■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-Cast R. Crankcase Cover
The right crankcase cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover design can be used for both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a special (wet) clutch, it can be changed to a dry clutch specification.
*Specification changes require the separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum Forged Clutch Cover (Cable Type)
The cable-operated clutch uses a rack & pinion system known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of aluminum forging and has a shot blast finish.
Even after installing the special clutch, the clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large Oil Filler Cap
The enlarged oil filler port makes oil changes easy.
Made of aluminum die-cast with chrome plating.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal abrasive powder in the oil.
Removing impurities from the oil helps maintain engine output.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Level Check Window
Easily check the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (WET/Standard Specification)
●Clutch Unit Change
By changing the clutch unit from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced and the crankshaft axis is lightened, resulting in sharper throttle response.
●6-Disc Specification
Compared to conventional products, the outer diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer has been reduced, which minimizes horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, improves response, and reduces rotating mass by approximately 12%, efficiently transmitting engine power.
Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc configuration. This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-power engines.
●The clutch is a standard specification (without slipper clutch mechanism).

Incorporates rubber dampers to reduce shock during clutch engagement with gears, etc.
