■Product Description
This kit includes a die-cast special clutch cover and a special clutch (without slipper clutch) for 4, 5, or 6-speed cross transmissions.
To install this product, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's 4, 5, or 6-speed cross mission kit and clutch lever assembly is required.

【Aluminum Die-Cast Right Crankcase Cover Details】
The right crankcase cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
Its surface is finished with silver paint.
The clutch type is a wet-type cable-operated system, adopting a rack & pinion mechanism for light and smooth operation.
It features an integrated clutch cable receiver.
The clutch release arm is precisely machined from aluminum and anodized.
Included cable length: 850mm
A clutch cable adapter is included, eliminating the need to purchase a separate clutch lever and allowing the special clutch cable to be attached to the stock lever.

・Oil Outlet for Oil Cooler
The die-cast clutch cover body is equipped with an oil outlet for an oil cooler. By purchasing a specified SP Takegawa oil cooler kit, oil can be drawn from the clutch cover to the oil cooler.

・Thermostat Unit can be installed.
Simultaneous installation with a specified SP Takegawa oil cooler kit is required.
By installing a specified SP Takegawa oil cooler kit and attaching a thermostat unit, the amount of oil sent to the oil cooler can be managed, preventing overcooling.
The structure of the clutch cover that allows for the installation of a thermostat unit is patented.
When installing a thermostat unit, it is essential to simultaneously install a "specified SP Takegawa oil cooler kit" that uses the oil outlet on the die-cast clutch cover body.

【Special Clutch Inner Kit (5-Disc) Details】
・Clutch Unit Change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the burden on the crankshaft is reduced, and the weight of the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in light throttle response.

・5-Disc Specification
With 5 friction discs, it supports high-power engines for both street and race use.

・Primary Driven Gear
Contains a rubber damper to reduce shock when engaging the clutch or gears.

・Lifter Plate
Adopts a highly durable and strong aluminum lifter plate.
The non-slipper type is made of aluminum die-cast.

・Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance for a stable clutch feel.

・Quick Clutch Lever 02-01-0601
Allows for play adjustment at the clutch lever, improving maintainability.

・Oil Cooler Unit
If an oil cooler unit is installed, a thermostat unit cannot be installed. By installing an oil cooler unit in the oil element section, oil can be drawn to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers oil cooler kits with an oil cooler unit.

・Oil Cooler Kit for Die-Cast Clutch Cover
Simultaneous installation of a thermostat unit is possible.
This oil cooler kit uses the oil outlet equipped on the die-cast clutch cover.

・Breather Cap (90° Swivel Type) 07-06-0001
By installing a breather cap, a return hose can be connected when an SP Takegawa oil catch tank is installed.

・Thermostat Unit
Simultaneous installation of an oil cooler kit is required.
When installed on the die-cast clutch cover, the thermostat prevents overcooling.

*Cannot be installed on vehicles other than those with the target mission (for SP Takegawa WET compatible cross mission).
*Simultaneous installation of an SP Takegawa 5-speed or 6-speed cross mission kit is required.
*When installing on vehicles Z50J-1300017 to 1600007, the included clutch cable is not compatible with the normal clutch holder, so you will need to replace the handlebar pipe and purchase an SP Takegawa clutch lever and combination switch.
*If an SP Takegawa oil cooler is used and an oil hose is connected to the clutch cover, changes to the banjo and hose length will be required.
*Simultaneous installation of the normal muffler is not possible.
