■Detailed Description
●Adopts a shared right crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed to be used with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, it can be converted to a special clutch (wet type).
*Conversion requires the separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Billet aluminum clutch cover (hydraulic type)
The cover is made of billet aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
A new shape is adopted for the bleeder valve and hose fitting mounting sections, and multiple ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling effect.
Furthermore, to improve clutch operation, the release piston diameter has been enlarged from the conventional φ29.5 to φ33, making clutch lever operation lighter.
Optional part: A soundproofing rubber cap that reduces noise characteristic of dry clutches can be installed.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable, cartridge-type paper filter.
●With oil level check window
Allows checking of oil quantity.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Adopts large oil filler cap
Die-cast aluminum, chrome-plated finish
Enlarging the oil filler opening makes oil changes easier.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (DRY/Slipper Specification)
●Clutch Unit Change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the main shaft of the transmission (secondary side), the rotational mass of the crankshaft is reduced, improving crankshaft durability and throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, by reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, further improvements in response and a reduction of approximately 12% in rotational mass weight have been achieved, transmitting engine power without waste.
Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc design.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-power engines.
●Slipper Clutch
The slipper clutch alleviates the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifts at high RPMs. This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear tire hopping, and engine load.
●Primary Driven Gear
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock from gears when the clutch engages.
●Lifter Plate
The standard specification uses a billet aluminum lifter plate.
●Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance for a stable clutch feel.

*While there are no camshafts with auto decompression function available for the Desmodromic Twin Cam 4V Big Bore Kit or Monkey (FI) engine parts, slipper clutches can still be used.
*Normal mufflers and up-type mufflers cannot be installed simultaneously.
