■Detailed Description
●Adopts a common right crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover shape allows for use with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, it can be changed to a special clutch (wet type).
*Specification changes require the separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Billet aluminum clutch cover (hydraulic type)
The cover is made of billet aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
A new shape is adopted for the bleeder valve and hose fitting attachment points, and multiple ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling.
Furthermore, to improve clutch operation, the release piston diameter has been increased from the conventional φ29.5 to φ33, making the clutch lever operation lighter.
Optional part: A soundproof rubber cap can be installed to reduce the unique noise of dry clutches.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper element.
●With oil level check window
Allows checking the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Adopts a large oil filler cap
Die-cast aluminum, chrome-plated finish
Enlarging the oil filler opening makes oil changes easier.

●Change in clutch unit
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the burden on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in lighter throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, the size has been reduced, and the rotational mass has been reduced by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc design.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-power engines.
●Standard clutch specification (without slipper clutch)
●Primary driven gear
Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears etc. when engaging the clutch.
●Lifter plate
The standard specification uses a billet aluminum lifter plate.
●Clutch spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, providing stable clutch feel.
