■Product Description
This is a special clutch cover (wire type) exclusively for SP Takegawa's special clutch inner kit TYPE-R (DRY).
This product comes with a separator kit.

■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-cast R. Crankcase Cover
The R. crankcase cover uses a common shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The R. crankcase cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The cover surface is black painted.
●Aluminum Forged Clutch Cover (Wire Type)
The wire-type clutch adopts the rack and pinion system, which is highly regarded for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of aluminum forging and has a shot blast finish on the surface.
The dry clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling efficiency.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the normal centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This changes the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
In addition, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be directly extracted from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers oil cooler kits for vehicles equipped with special clutch covers.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
When an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit (specifications that extract oil from the clutch cover) is installed, an optional thermostat unit can be installed to prevent overcooling.
*Simultaneous installation of an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit is required.
●New Mechanism: Oil line hose can be installed
The oil line flowing to the cylinder head side can be changed to pass through the oil element.
By installing an optional oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss on SP Takegawa's bore-up cylinder (with oil outlet boss).
It cannot be installed on SP Takegawa's e-stage bore-up cylinder without an oil outlet boss.
