■Product Description
This is a special clutch cover (hydraulic type) for SP Takegawa's Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (DRY).
This product comes with a separator kit.

■Detailed Description
●Die-cast aluminum R. crankcase cover
The R. crankcase cover adopts a common shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated (depending on brand, specifications, etc.).
The R. crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is black painted.
●Hydraulic Clutch Type
It is excellent for clutch operation, as the lever play is less likely to change.
It uses a machined aluminum clutch cover, with a black anodized finish on the surface.
The clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling efficiency.
In addition, a rubber cap is included to reduce the noise characteristic of dry clutches.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil-through Nut
Allows for significant weight reduction.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil-through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil-through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which places a burden on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
The installation of the oil-through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be directly taken out from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers oil cooler kits for vehicles equipped with the special clutch cover.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting part and oil line structure.
By installing an optional thermostat unit when equipping an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit (specifications for oil extraction from the clutch cover), overcooling can be prevented.
※Simultaneous installation of an SP Takegawa oil cooler kit is required.
●New Mechanism
The oil line flowing to the cylinder head side can be changed to pass through the oil element.
By installing the optional oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge and other contaminants.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss on SP Takegawa's big bore cylinder (with oil outlet boss).
It cannot be installed on SP Takegawa's e-stage big bore cylinder without an oil outlet boss.
