■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (DRY)
Adopts an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is black painted.
The R. crankcase cover shape is common to both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch unit has a separate structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The clutch type is wire-operated. It adopts the rack & pinion system, which is highly regarded for its light and smooth operation.
The aluminum forged clutch cover has a shot-blasted finish.
The dry clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling effect.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
The oil element uses a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Enables significant weight reduction.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a strain on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
In addition, by reducing the burden on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
Installation of the oil through nut creates an oil line to the crankshaft.
Since it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

Thermostat mounting part and oil line structure.
When an SP武川 oil cooler kit (specifying oil take-off from the clutch cover) is installed, a separately sold thermostat unit can be installed to prevent overcooling.
*Simultaneous installation of an SP武川 oil cooler kit is required.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (Slipper Clutch) For Stock Main Shaft
By adopting a dedicated adapter, it is possible to install the special clutch while retaining the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankshaft disassembly, allowing clutch assembly to be performed with the engine still mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
Available in two types: wet clutch and dry clutch.
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, horsepower loss due to oil diffusion is reduced, further improving response and reducing rotating mass weight, transmitting engine power efficiently.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines.
In addition, the clutch unit is common to both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, replacement of the friction disc is required.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
This applies only if no consumables need to be replaced. Also, a clutch cover, etc., will be separately required.
The clutch structure of this product is a slipper clutch.
A slipper clutch alleviates the shock of sudden engine braking caused by downshifting at high revolutions.
This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear tire hopping, and stress on the engine.

Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc., during clutch engagement.
