■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (DRY)
Features an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is finished with black paint.
It uses a common R. crankcase cover shape for both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, which allows the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
●Cable Type Clutch
Employs the rack & pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The surface of the forged aluminum clutch cover is shot blasted.
The dry clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters out impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles from the oil.
The oil element is a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil-Through Nut
Enables significant weight reduction.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil-through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil-through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, achieving significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, reducing the load on the crankshaft improves engine response.
The installation of the oil-through nut creates an oil line to the crankshaft.
Since it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a dedicated adapter, it is possible to install the special clutch while keeping the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankcase disassembly work, allowing clutch assembly to be performed with the engine still mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
Available in two types: wet clutch and dry clutch.
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces horsepower loss due to oil scattering, further improves response, and reduces rotational mass weight, efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc design increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines.
In addition, by making the clutch unit common to both wet and dry types, it is possible to change specifications between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction disc replacement is required. When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
This applies only if there are no consumable parts to replace. Also, a separate clutch cover, etc., will be required.
The clutch structure of this product does not include a slipper clutch.
●Damper-equipped Primary Driven Gear
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shocks to gears, etc., when the clutch engages.
