■Product Description
To install this product, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's special clutch-specific TAF 5-speed cross mission kit (02-04-0295) is required.
It cannot be installed with a normal mission or a cross mission other than those specified by SP Takegawa.

■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Forged Clutch Cover (Wire Operated)
The wire-operated clutch adopts a rack and pinion system, known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of aluminum forging and has a shot-blasted surface.
The dry clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling efficiency.
●Aluminum Die-cast R. Crankcase Cover
It adopts a common R. crankcase cover shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The R. crankcase cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The cover surface is painted black.
●Oil Through Nut
Significantly reduces weight when installed.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the normal centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, allowing for significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
Installation of the oil through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
As the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Level Check Window
Allows for easy checking of the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Large Filler Cap
Made of aluminum die-cast with chrome plating.
Enlarging the oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be drawn directly from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa offers an oil cooler kit for special clutch covers.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
When an oil cooler kit (specifying oil extraction from the special clutch cover) is installed, a separately sold thermostat unit can be installed to prevent overcooling.
●New Mechanism
Adopts a new mechanism that allows the oil line flowing to the cylinder head side to be changed to pass through the oil element.
By installing a separately sold oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge, etc.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss for the oil cooler on SP Takegawa's bore-up cylinder (with oil outlet boss).
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (6-disc specification)
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, loss horsepower due to oil diffusion is reduced, further improving response and reducing rotating mass weight, thereby efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity, supporting high-power engines.
Furthermore, the clutch unit is common to both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, replacement of the friction disc is necessary, but when changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
*This is only applicable if consumable parts do not need to be replaced. Also, the clutch cover, etc., will be required separately.
●The clutch structure does not include a slipper clutch.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc., during clutch engagement.
