■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (DRY)
Features an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is black painted.
It adopts a common R. crankcase cover shape for both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, which allows the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
●Hydraulic Clutch Type
The lever play is less likely to change, providing excellent clutch operation.
An aluminum machined clutch cover is used, with a black anodized finish on the surface.
The clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling effect.
Additionally, a rubber cap is included to reduce the noise unique to dry clutches.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
A cartridge-type paper oil element is adopted.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling a significant weight reduction.
Furthermore, by reducing the load on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
Installation of the oil through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
As the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a dedicated adapter, it is possible to install a special clutch while using the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankcase disassembly and allows clutch assembly with the engine mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces power loss due to oil dispersion, further improves response, and reduces rotational mass, efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc design increases clutch capacity and supports high-power engines.
Additionally, by making the clutch unit common to both wet and dry types, it is possible to change specifications between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction disc replacement is required.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, you can use it as is.
This is only applicable if there is no replacement of consumables. Also, a separate clutch cover, etc., will be required.
The clutch structure of this product is a slipper clutch.
The slipper clutch reduces the sudden engine braking shock caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This can reduce sudden changes in posture, rear wheel hopping, and stress on the engine.
