■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Cover TYPE-R (DRY)
Uses an aluminum die-cast R. crankcase cover.
The surface is black painted.
The same R. crankcase cover shape is used for both WET and DRY types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing for separation of engine oil and clutch oil in the case of a wet clutch. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The clutch type is hydraulic, which resists changes in lever play and provides excellent clutch operation.
An aluminum machined clutch cover is used, with a black anodized finish on the surface.
The clutch cover features large ventilation holes to enhance cooling.
Additionally, a rubber cap is included to reduce the characteristic noise of a dry clutch.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles from the oil.
The oil element is a cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible.
From approximately 1069g for the centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for the oil through nut.
By replacing with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a load on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
Additionally, reducing the load on the crankshaft improves engine response.
Installation of the oil through nut creates an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Because the oil passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.

By adopting a special adapter, the special clutch can be installed while using the stock main shaft (stock transmission).
This eliminates the need for crankcase disassembly, and clutch assembly can be performed with the engine still mounted on the vehicle.
●6-Disc Specification
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, loss of horsepower due to oil diffusion is reduced, further improving response and reducing rotational mass weight, thus efficiently transmitting engine power.
The 6-disc configuration increases clutch capacity to accommodate high-power engines.
Furthermore, the clutch unit is common for both wet and dry types, allowing for changes between specifications.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, friction discs need to be replaced.
When changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
This applies only if no consumables need to be replaced. Additionally, a clutch cover, etc., will be required separately.
The clutch structure of this product does not include a slipper clutch.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch engages.
