■Product Description
To install this product, simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's TAF 5-speed cross mission kit (02-04-0295) exclusively for special clutches is required.
It cannot be installed with a stock mission or a cross mission other than those specified by SP Takegawa.

■Detailed Description
●Clutch type is hydraulic
The lever play is less likely to change, and it excels in clutch operation.
It adopts a machined aluminum clutch cover with a black anodized finish on the surface.
The clutch cover has large ventilation holes to enhance cooling performance.
In addition, a rubber cap is included to alleviate the noise characteristic of dry clutches.
●Die-cast aluminum R. Crankcase Cover
It adopts a common R. crankcase cover shape for both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between wet and dry after purchase.
The clutch section has a separate chamber structure, allowing the engine oil and clutch oil to be separated. (Brand, specifications, etc.)
The R. crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is painted black.
●Oil Through Nut
Significant weight reduction is possible by installing it.
Approximately 1069g for centrifugal oil filter to approximately 123g for oil through nut.
By replacing it with the included oil through nut, the stock centrifugal oil filter, which puts a burden on the crankshaft, can be removed.
This reduces the weight on the crankshaft from approximately 1069g to approximately 123g, enabling significant weight reduction.
In addition, by reducing the burden on the crankshaft, engine response is improved.
By installing the oil through nut, it becomes an oil line connected to the crankshaft.
Since it passes through the oil element, clean oil always flows to the crankshaft.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge type paper element.
●Oil Level Check Window
Oil level can be easily checked.
The engine oil check window uses durable glass.
●Large Filler Cap
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
Enlarging the oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Oil Outlet
Oil can be drawn directly from the cover body to the oil cooler.
SP Takegawa has an oil cooler kit for special clutch covers.
●Patented Structure
Thermostat mounting section and oil line structure.
When an oil cooler kit (specifications that draw oil from the special clutch cover) is installed, overcooling can be prevented by installing a separately sold thermostat unit.
●New Mechanism
Adopts a new mechanism that allows the oil line flowing to the cylinder head side to be changed via the oil element.
By installing a separately sold oil line hose kit, the oil flowing to the head side can also pass through the oil element.
This prevents engine damage caused by oil sludge, etc.
To install the oil line hose, it is necessary to use the oil outlet boss for the oil cooler on SP Takegawa's big bore cylinder (with oil outlet boss).
It cannot be installed on SP Takegawa's e-stage big bore cylinder without an oil outlet boss.
●Special Clutch Inner Kit TYPE-R (6-disc specification)
By reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, achieves further response improvement and reduction of rotating mass weight, and transmits engine power efficiently.
With 6 discs, clutch capacity is increased, supporting high-power engines. In addition, the clutch unit is common to both wet and dry types, allowing for specification changes between the two.
When changing from a wet clutch to a dry clutch, replacement of the friction disc is required, but when changing from a dry clutch to a wet clutch, it can be used as is.
*Limited to cases where no consumables need to be replaced. Also, clutch covers, etc., are required separately.
●Clutch structure is slipper clutch specification
The slipper clutch alleviates the shock of sudden engine braking caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This reduces sudden changes in posture, rear tire hopping, and stress on the engine.
●Primary Driven Gear with Built-in Damper
Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock to gears, etc., when the clutch is engaged.
●Clutch Spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, achieving stable clutch feel.
