■Detailed Description
●Aluminum Die-Cast Clutch Cover (Black Painted)
Patented structure: Thermostat mounting part and oil line structure
The clutch cover is made of aluminum die-cast.
The surface is finished with black paint.
Oil can be extracted to the oil cooler.
An optional thermostat unit using shape memory alloy springs can be installed. This prevents overcooling.
The thermostat unit is sold separately.
A reliable cartridge-type paper oil element is used.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil inspection window.
A clutch cable receiver integrated with the cover is adopted.
●Standard Clutch (for SP Takegawa 4/5/6 speed cross missions)
In the case of a normal clutch, the clutch body is mounted on the normal crankshaft, but the SP Takegawa special clutch adopts a secondary clutch mounted on the main shaft on the mission side.
This reduces the burden on the crankshaft. It also makes it possible to lighten the crankshaft, resulting in a lighter throttle response.
Dampers are incorporated into the primary driven gear to reduce shock when the clutch is engaged.
With 5 friction discs, it is compatible with high-power engines for both street and racing.
A highly durable and strong aluminum die-cast lifter plate is adopted.
●Super Sport Cross Mission (Street 5-speed) Included
The Super Sport 5-speed cross mission allows effective use of the power band without stress.
Even if the engine output is increased, a normal mission cannot utilize the power band, preventing the engine's potential from being unleashed.
By installing this SS 5-speed cross mission, the power band can be used without stress during street driving, cornering, and racing, maximizing the potential of the custom engine.
