■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Kit (TYPE-R)
The TYPE-R specification reduces rotating mass while increasing clutch capacity through a 6-disc design.
●Die-cast Aluminum Right Crankcase Cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed to be used with either a wet or dry clutch.
Even after purchasing a special (wet) clutch, it can be converted to a dry clutch.
*Separate purchase of SP武川 specified parts is required for conversion.
●Forged Aluminum Clutch Cover (Wire Type)
The wire-operated clutch uses a rack-and-pinion system known for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum and has a shot-blasted surface.
Even after installing the special clutch, clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large Oil Filler Cap
The larger oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
Made of chrome-plated die-cast aluminum.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
Removing impurities from the oil helps maintain engine output.
The oil element uses a reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Level Check Window
Allows for easy checking of the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●6-Disc Reinforced Clutch (without slipper clutch)
●Clutch Unit Modification
By changing the drive from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the main shaft of the transmission (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in sharper throttle response.
●6-Disc Specification
Compared to conventional products, by reducing the diameter of rotating parts such as the clutch outer, it reduces power loss due to oil scattering, further improves response, and achieves approximately 12% reduction in rotating mass, transmitting engine power efficiently.
Six friction discs are used to achieve a 6-disc design.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-output engines.

Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock during clutch engagement and gear shifts.

●TAF 5-Speed Close-Ratio Mission Kit
This close-ratio transmission maintains the excellent features of the existing SP武川 5-speed close-ratio transmission while further improving durability and operability.
By adopting a shift fork with special surface treatment and ensuring tooth width suitable for short strokes, durability has been improved.
Additionally, the gears use the same tapered shape at the meshing parts as the SS5 speed, improving shift feel and enhancing prevention of malfunctions such as gear disengagement.

*6V Monkey/Gorilla (Z50J-1300017 to 1805927) are A-type spindle vehicles, so conversion to B-type spindle is required.
