■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Kit (TYPE-R)
The TYPE-R specification reduces rotating mass while increasing clutch capacity through a 6-disc design.
●Die-cast Aluminum Right Crankcase Cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is painted silver.
The right crankcase cover is designed for use with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a special (wet) clutch, you can change it to a dry clutch.
*A separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts is required for specification changes.
●Forged Aluminum Clutch Cover (Wire-type)
The wire-type clutch adopts a rack and pinion system, renowned for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum with a shot blast finish.
Even after installing the special clutch, the clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large Oil Filler Cap
The large oil filler opening makes oil changes easy.
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metallic wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●Oil Level Check Window
Allows for easy checking of the oil level.
The engine oil check window uses durable glass.
●6-Disc Reinforced Clutch (without Slipper Clutch)
●Clutch Unit Change
By changing the clutch unit from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the mission's main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in lighter throttle response.
●6-Disc Specification
Compared to conventional products, the rotation parts such as the clutch outer are made smaller, reducing power loss due to oil diffusion, improving response, and reducing rotating mass by approximately 12%, thus transmitting engine power efficiently.
Adopts six friction discs to achieve a 6-disc design.
This increases clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-output engines.

Incorporates a rubber damper to reduce shock during clutch engagement, etc.

Excellent fatigue resistance for stable clutch feel.
●TAF 5-speed Cross Mission Kit
This cross mission further improves durability and operability while retaining the advantages of SP Takegawa's existing 5-speed cross mission.
By using a shift fork with a special surface treatment and ensuring sufficient tooth width for a short stroke, durability has been improved.
Furthermore, the gears adopt the same tapered shape at the engaging part as the SS 5-speed, improving shifting feel and preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
