■Detailed Description
●Special Clutch Kit (TYPE-R)
The TYPE-R specification reduces rotational mass while increasing clutch capacity through a 6-disc design.
●Die-cast aluminum right crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is painted silver.
The right crankcase cover is designed to be compatible with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing the Special Clutch (wet type), you can change it to a dry clutch.
*Separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts is required for modification.
●Forged aluminum clutch cover (wire type)
The wire-type clutch adopts the rack and pinion system, which is highly regarded for its light and smooth operation.
The cover is made of forged aluminum and has a shot-blasted finish.
After installing the special clutch, the clutch springs, clutch plates, and clutch friction discs can be easily replaced by removing the clutch cover.
●Large oil filler cap
A larger oil filler opening makes oil changes easier.
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●With oil level check window
The oil level can be easily checked.
The engine oil check window uses durable glass.
●6-disc reinforced clutch (without slipper clutch)
●Clutch unit modification
By changing the clutch unit from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the main shaft of the mission (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced and the weight of the crankshaft axle can be reduced, resulting in lighter throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, the rotation parts such as the clutch outer are made smaller in diameter, which reduces horsepower loss due to oil diffusion, further improves response, and reduces rotational mass by approximately 12%, efficiently transmitting engine power.
Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc design.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, supporting high-output engines.

●TAF 5-Speed Cross Mission Kit
This cross mission retains the advantages of existing SP Takegawa 5-speed cross missions while further improving durability and operability.
By adopting a shift fork with a special surface treatment and ensuring tooth width to match the shorter stroke, durability has been improved.
In addition, the gears adopt the same tapered shape at the engaging part as the SS 5-speed, improving shifting feel and preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
