■Detailed Description
●Common Right Crankcase Cover Used
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed to be used with both wet and dry clutches.
After purchasing a dry clutch, you can change the specifications to a special clutch (wet type).
*Specification changes require separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum Billet Clutch Cover (Wire Type)
The cover is made of aluminum billet with a clear anodized finish.
It adopts a rack & pinion system for light and smooth operation.
Ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling effect.
For those who are concerned about the unique noise of dry clutches, optional rubber caps can be used to reduce noise.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element adopts a highly reliable cartridge type paper type.
●With Oil Level Confirmation Window
The oil level can be checked.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil confirmation window.
●Adopts Large Oil Filler Cap
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
Enlarging the oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Clutch Unit Change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the mission's main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in light throttle response.
●6-Disc Specification
Compared to conventional products, it is downsized, reducing the rotating mass by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc configuration.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it suitable for high-power engines.

This cross mission allows effective use of the power band.

While retaining the excellent features of existing SP Takegawa 5-speed cross missions, durability and operability have been further improved.
By adopting a shift fork with special surface treatment and ensuring tooth width to match the shorter stroke, durability has been improved.
In addition, the gear (dog part) adopts the same tapered shape for the engagement part as conventional products, improving shift feel and enhancing the effect of preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
R. crankcase cover gasket and crankcase gasket, which are necessary for assembly, are included.
