■Detailed Description
●Adopts a shared right crankcase cover
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover is designed for use with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, you can change the specification to a Special Clutch (wet).
*Specification changes require separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●CNC machined aluminum clutch cover (hydraulic type)
The cover is CNC machined aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
A new shape is adopted for the bleeder valve and hose fitting attachment points, and multiple ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling effect.
Furthermore, to improve clutch operation, the release piston diameter has been enlarged from the conventional φ29.5 to φ33, making clutch lever operation lighter.
Optional parts: A soundproof rubber cap to reduce the unique noise of dry clutches can be installed.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities from the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●With oil level check window
Allows checking of oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Adopts a large oil filler cap
Die-cast aluminum with chrome plating.
Enlarging the oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Changes to the clutch unit
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in a lighter throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Downsized compared to conventional products, reducing rotational mass by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are adopted, realizing a 6-disc configuration.
This increases clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-power engines.
●Slipper clutch mechanism
The slipper clutch reduces the shock of sudden engine braking caused by downshifting at high RPMs.
This can reduce sudden changes in posture, rear tire hopping, and engine load.
A dedicated pressure plate and clutch cam are provided in the clutch section. The back torque transmitted from the rear wheel is transmitted to the clutch cam, and the cam of the pressure plate and the clutch cam operate. By pushing down the pressure plate, a semi-clutch state is created, releasing the back torque.

Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears when the clutch is engaged.
●Lifter plate
The standard specification uses a CNC machined aluminum lifter plate.
