■Detailed Description
●Common Right Crankcase Cover Used
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover design allows it to be used for both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, you can change the specifications to a special clutch (wet type).
*Specification changes require separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum Machined Clutch Cover (Wire Type)
The cover is made of machined aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
It adopts a rack & pinion system for light and smooth operation.
Ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling effect.
For those who are concerned about the unique noise of dry clutches, the optional rubber cap can be used to reduce noise.
●Built-in Oil Element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper filter.
●With Oil Level Confirmation Window
Allows checking of the oil level.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil confirmation window.
●Large Oil Filler Cap Used
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
The enlarged oil filler port makes oil changes easy.
●Clutch Unit Change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the mission's main shaft (secondary side), the burden on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in sharper throttle response.
●6-Disc Specification
Compared to conventional products, downsizing has been achieved, reducing rotational mass by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc configuration.
This increases clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it suitable for high-power engines.

Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears when the clutch is engaged.

The standard specification uses an aluminum machined lifter plate.

This is a cross mission that allows effective use of the power band.
●TAF 5-speed Cross Mission Kit (Return Type)
While retaining the advantages of SP Takegawa's existing 5-speed cross mission, durability and operability have been further improved.
By adopting a shift fork with special surface treatment and securing the tooth width to match the short stroke, durability has been improved.
In addition, the gears (dog section) adopt the same tapered shape of the meshing part as conventional products, improving shift feel and preventing misoperations such as gear skipping.
R. crankcase cover gasket and crankcase gasket required for assembly are included.
