■Detailed Description
●Common right crankcase cover adopted
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover shape can be used for both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, it can be changed to a special clutch (wet type).
*Specification changes require separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum machined clutch cover (wire type)
The cover is made of machined aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
It adopts a rack & pinion system for light and smooth operation.
Ventilation holes are arranged to enhance cooling effect.
For those concerned about the noise specific to dry clutches, the optional rubber cap can be used to reduce noise.
●Built-in oil element
It filters out impurities such as sludge and metal wear particles in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a highly reliable cartridge-type paper type.
●With oil level check window
The oil level can be checked.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Large oil filler cap adopted
Made of die-cast aluminum with chrome plating finish.
A larger oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Clutch unit change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the mission's main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in crisp throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, the size has been reduced, and the rotating mass weight has been reduced by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc configuration.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, supporting high-power engines.
●Standard clutch specification (without slipper clutch)

A rubber damper is built in to reduce shock to gears when the clutch engages.
●Lifter plate
The standard specification uses an aluminum machined lifter plate.
●Clutch spring
Excellent fatigue resistance for stable clutch feel.
●TAF 5-speed Cross Mission Kit (S-Touring 5-speed)
This is a cross mission that allows effective use of the power band.
●TAF 5-speed Cross Mission Kit (Return type)
While retaining the advantages of the existing SP Takegawa 5-speed cross mission, durability and operability have been further improved.
By adopting a shift fork with special surface treatment and ensuring tooth width to match the shorter stroke, durability has been improved.
In addition, the gear (dog part) adopts the same tapered shape of the meshing part as conventional products, improving shift feeling and enhancing the effect of preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
R. crankcase cover gasket and crankcase gasket required for assembly are included.
