■Detailed Description
●Common right crankcase cover adopted
The right crankcase cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The cover surface is silver painted.
The right crankcase cover shape is designed to be compatible with both wet and dry clutches.
Even after purchasing a dry clutch, you can change the specification to a special clutch (wet).
*Specification change requires separate purchase of SP Takegawa specified parts.
●Aluminum machined clutch cover (hydraulic type)
The cover is made of machined aluminum with a clear anodized finish.
A new shape is adopted for the bleeder valve part and hose fitting mounting part, and multiple ventilation holes are arranged to enhance the cooling effect.
Furthermore, to improve clutch operation, the release piston diameter has been enlarged from the conventional φ29.5 to φ33, making the clutch lever operation lighter.
Optional parts: A soundproof rubber cap can be installed to reduce noise characteristic of dry clutches.
●Built-in oil element
Filters impurities such as sludge and metal wear powder in the oil.
By removing impurities in the oil, engine output can be maintained.
The oil element uses a reliable cartridge-type paper type.
●With oil level check window
The oil level can be checked.
Durable glass is used for the engine oil check window.
●Large oil filler cap adopted
Made of die-cast aluminum with a chrome-plated finish.
Enlarging the oil filler port makes oil changes easier.
●Clutch unit change
By changing from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the mission main shaft (secondary side), the load on the crankshaft is reduced, and the crankshaft axis can be lightened, resulting in a light throttle response.
●6-disc specification
Compared to conventional products, downsizing has been achieved, reducing rotational mass by approximately 12%. Six friction discs are used, achieving a 6-disc configuration.
This increases the clutch capacity by approximately 20% compared to conventional products, making it compatible with high-power engines.
●Standard clutch specification (without slipper clutch)

Built-in rubber damper to reduce shock to gears etc. during clutch engagement.
●Lifter plate
The standard specification uses an aluminum machined lifter plate.
●Clutch spring
Excellent fatigue resistance, achieving a stable clutch feel.
●TAF 5-Speed Cross Mission Kit (S-Touring 5-Speed)
This is a cross mission that effectively utilizes the power band.
●TAF 5-Speed Cross Mission Kit (Return Type)
While retaining the advantages of the existing SP Takegawa 5-speed cross mission, durability and operability have been further improved.
By adopting a shift fork with special surface treatment and ensuring tooth width in accordance with a shorter stroke, it has been possible to improve durability.
In addition, the gear (dog part) adopts the same taper shape at the meshing part as conventional products, improving shift feeling and preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
