TAF 5-Speed Close Ratio Transmission Kit (Super Street) for FI-Monkey (Dry Clutch)

The "TAF 5-speed cross transmission kit" further improves durability and operability while retaining the advantages of the existing Takegawa 5-speed cross transmission. It employs shift forks with special surface treatment and ensures tooth width for shorter strokes, thereby enhancing durability.
Additionally, the gears feature a tapered meshing part similar to the SS 5-speed, improving shift feel and preventing malfunctions such as gear slippage.
There are two types: one for normal clutches, Takegawa reinforced clutches, and special clutches (5-disc), and one for dry clutches.
If you have an automatic centrifugal clutch, please purchase the manual clutch kit and then select this kit.
Shift pattern: Return type
R. crankcase cover gasket and crankcase gasket, which are necessary when assembling the transmission, are included.
For the Monkey/Gorilla (carburetor model) SS 5-speed cross transmission kit, two types of crankcase gaskets are included: one for 6V and one for 12V.
*6V Monkey/Gorilla (Z50J-1300017 to 1805927) are A-type spindle vehicles, so a conversion to B-type spindle is required.

*If you are using the old special clutch kit (3-disc/4-disc type), you will need to purchase a separate main shaft (00-02-0084).
