・By installing a 5-speed close-ratio transmission, you can accelerate smoothly while keeping the engine speed in the power band. Additionally, when installing Takegawa's bore-up kit, you can use it with its powerful output performance intact.
・This product ensures gear tooth width by shortening the travel of each gear, thereby improving durability.
・It can also be used with normal engines.
・The set includes an L. crankcase cover gasket and an R. crankcase gasket.
・Normal transmission: 1st: 2.500, 2nd: 1.550, 3rd: 1.150, 4th: 0.923
・5-speed close-ratio transmission: 1st: 2.333, 2nd: 1.684, 3rd: 1.272, 4th: 1.040, 5th: 0.923
*Notes:
・This product is exclusively for use with Takegawa Special Clutch Kit TYPE-R (WET/DRY). It cannot be installed on vehicles equipped with a normal clutch or Takegawa Slipper Clutch Kit (Part No. 02-01-0118).
・When installing a 5-speed close-ratio transmission, the normal speedometer will not operate unless the following speed sensor kit is installed simultaneously. When replacing the transmission, tools such as a flywheel puller compatible with GROM/MSX125, a lock nut wrench, and a rotor holder will be required.
