SDH Treatment
The main cause of chain elongation is wear between the pins and bushings.

In such cases, the SDH treatment developed by D.I.D comes into its own.
SDH treatment forms an extremely hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film contains even harder carbides dispersed within its structure.
Therefore, it prevents chain wear even if hard foreign particles enter between the pins and bushings from outside.
Solid Bushing
This is a roller chain with excellent wear resistance that uses highly rigid solid bushings with a seamless, smooth surface and excellent roundness.
Solid bushings reduce the barrel-shaped deformation of the bushing that occurs when it is pressed into the link plate, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and bushing.
