SDH Treatment

SDH treatment forms an extremely hard film on the surface of the pin, and this film has even harder carbides dispersed within it.
Therefore, even if hard foreign particles enter between the pins and bushings from outside, it prevents chain wear.
Solid Bushings
This is a highly wear-resistant roller chain that uses rigid solid bushings with seamless, smooth surfaces and excellent roundness.
Solid bushings reduce the barrel-shaped deformation of the bushing that occurs when it is pressed into the link plate, forming an optimal contact bearing surface between the pin and bushing.
